Bi-iateral beats

The Jingle Dance produces a sound of soft bell like sounds and this serves to calm thoughts and let go of one’s own grief and to return to balance

Beta

Alpha

Alpha waves usually occur when you are engaged in activities such as daydreaming, meditating, or practicing mindfulness. This type of brain wave may play a role in reducing symptoms of depression.

Delta

Delta waves, the slowest brainwave frequency, are primarily associated with deep sleep and states of unconsciousness, offering benefits like physical and mental rejuvenation, healing, and emotional regulation. A goodnights sleep is crucial for a good is for our overall well-being.
