About Me

This work is not just something I do; it’s something I feel deeply called to.

I’ve spent my life working closely with people from all walks of life, supporting them through stress, transition, and healing. Throughout my years, I found my path in holistic care, where I can support the whole person, and not just the symptoms.

I am a First Nations woman of the Mi’kmaq Nation, Bear Clan, and a Pipe Carrier. This is a sacred part of who I am and how I show up in my work. I hold space with intention, respect, and a deep sense of responsibility. Every session is approached with care and trust.

My work is guided not only by training and lived experiences, but by intuition and connection to something much greater than myself.

My sessions are focused primarily on reflexology as it provides a deep physical release. When the body relaxes, it begins to let go, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

My clients often leave feeling lighter, grounded, and deeply at peace.

I take my time, I listen, and I support you with care and intention.
